How much does a cleaning cost?
Price depends on the size of your home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning you need. Send us your details through the booking form and we'll confirm an exact price before your appointment.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients give us a key, a lockbox code or let us in through their building's concierge. Just tell us how we'll get in using the special instructions box on the booking form.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring our own supplies and equipment. If you'd prefer we use your products, or you have allergies or sensitivities, let us know and we'll use what you provide.
How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of your home. A standard clean of a one or two-bedroom condo usually takes 2 to 3 hours. Larger homes and deep cleans take longer. We'll give you an estimate when we confirm your booking.
What's the difference between a standard and a deep cleaning?
A standard cleaning keeps your home fresh with the room-by-room checklist above. A deep cleaning goes further: baseboards, door frames, grout, inside appliances and the hard-to-reach spots that build up over time. We recommend a deep clean for a first visit or if it's been a while.
How often should I book a cleaning?
Most clients choose weekly or bi-weekly visits to keep their home consistently clean. Monthly and one-time cleanings are available too.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
No problem. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll find a new time that works for you.
I have pets. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Just let us know about your pets in the special instructions box, especially if they need to stay in a certain room or shouldn't be let outside.
Do you clean condos with concierge or building rules?
Yes. We clean in buildings throughout Yorkville and downtown Toronto and are used to concierge sign-ins, elevator bookings and visitor parking. Add any building details to your booking.

We focus on Yorkville and downtown Toronto, including the Annex, Rosedale, Summerhill, the Bay Street Corridor, Church-Wellesley, the Financial District, King West, St. Lawrence, the Distillery District, CityPlace and Harbourfront.
